Security Guidelines

Your safety is our priority.
Anex is built with industry-leading security standards, but users also play an important role in keeping their accounts and tokens safe.

Best Practices for Users

  • Secure Your Wallet: Always back up your recovery phrase and never share it with anyone.

  • Enable Biometrics & 2FA: Protect your Anex Wallet with fingerprint, Face ID, or two-factor authentication.

  • Beware of Phishing: Only use official Anex websites, apps, and communication channels. Double-check links before entering credentials.

  • Keep Software Updated: Install the latest versions of the Anex Wallet and operating system to ensure maximum protection.

  • Use Strong Passwords: Avoid re-using passwords across platforms and change them regularly.

  • Public Wi-Fi Caution: Avoid making transactions on unsecured public networks.

For Partners & Merchants

  • Compliant Integrations: Follow Anex’s official POS/PMS/WebPOS integration guidelines.

  • Encrypted Transactions: All merchant integrations must support SSL/TLS for secure communication.

  • Monitoring & Alerts: Use the Anex Dashboard to track transactions and detect unusual activity.

Reminder:
Anex will never ask for your private keys, recovery phrase, or passwords. If you receive such a request, treat it as a scam and report it immediately.
